Anyone who visits waterheatertankleak.info or calls its number agrees to these terms. A person who disagrees should stop using the site.

Permitted Use

The site is for personal, non-commercial use, such as reading about water heater leaks and calling for help. Copying it in bulk, scraping it, reselling it or interfering with how it runs is not permitted.

Phone Calls and Restoration Work

A caller should describe the damage and where it is as accurately as possible. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.

Restoration work is a separate deal between the property owner and the company that does it. That contract sets the price, the timing and the conditions.

Content Ownership

The text, layout, graphics and any photographs on the site belong to Tank Leak Cleanup Team or to rights holders who allowed their use. Copying or republishing any of it takes written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

Prank calls, false reports, automated dialing, harassment, unlawful activity and harmful code are not allowed. Tank Leak Cleanup Team can block any number or device involved in them.

Some pages point to government and other outside websites for background reading. Tank Leak Cleanup Team does not run those websites and is not responsible for what they say.

Liability and Changes

The site and its information are provided as is. These terms may be updated when a new version is posted, and continued use after that point means the new version is accepted.
